All U.S. online orders may be exchanged via mail free of charge! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we can help you find the style or size that's right for you. How do I make a return for a refund?
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt unless marked as final sale at time of purchase. Returns must include the original packing slip and items must be unused with original tags attached. A flat-rate fee of $6.00 per return shall be deducted from the refund total as a restocking fee. Please note that items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase do not qualify for returns or refunds.

What’s your return policy?

Do I need to pay to return my order?
We offer free exchanges for U.S. customers. A $6.00 restocking fee will be deducted per return for refund. Charges may apply for international customers shipping back to the U.S. Please note, original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded.
Help! I can’t find my shipping label.
After you've created a return or exchange, follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a refund notification via email. Items are logged, checked for original quality and then reported to our finance team for refund. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement once refunded.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

WARRANTY BANDOLIER’s warranty obligations for the BANDOLIER(TM) product you have just purchased (the “Product”) are limited to the terms set forth herein. BANDOLIER warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by BANDOLIER within the Warranty Period, at its sole option, BANDOLIER will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. BANDOLIER warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes BANDOLIER’s property. This limited warranty does not include the cost of shipping the original Product back to BANDOLIER (TM).
Exclusions and Limitations
BANDOLIER’s limited warranty applies only to the Product when purchased through its website or an authorized reseller, and applies only to the original, end-use purchaser. The warranty does not apply to any non- BANDOLIER product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the Product. The Product is not intended to be used during exercise of the owner or any other active endeavor that would result in excessive motion of the Product, and the warranty does not apply to any damage caused to the Product thereby. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused to the Product by normal wear and tear of the Product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching, surface damage or other damage to any non-BANDOLIER product, even if packaged with or sold with the Product.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. BANDOLIER specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If BANDOLIER cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the Warranty Period. No BANDOLIER reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Damages Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BANDOLIER is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory whatsoever, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, including but not limited to any device used with or carried in the Product, or the loss of, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Product, even if BANDOLIER has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire liability of BANDOLIER shall be limited to replacement or repair of the Product, or the amount actually paid by you for the Product.
Consumer Protection Laws
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their place of purchase or, if different, their place of residence, that cannot be disclaimed or limited as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, BANDOLIER’s liability is limited, at its sole option, to replacement or repair of the product, or the amount actually paid by you for the Product.
