Do my Bandolier Rewards Club points expire?
Bandolier Rewards Club points expire one year after the date they were earned. For example, points earned from a purchase on 2/28/2024 will expire if unused on 2/28/2025. However, if you place another order on 3/12/2024, your points will now expire on 3/12/2025. 
How do I become a Bandolier Rewards Club member?
The Bandolier Rewards Club is our free loyalty program in the United States that allows you to earn points on all of your purchases! These points are redeemable for discounts, early access events, referral credits, bonus gifts and more. You can begin redeeming points now just by creating an account here. If you made a purchase on or after September 1, 2021 your points are already waiting for you! If you have not, then start shopping and earning today! We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time - there is no minimum spend required to be a Member.Each purchase you make afterwards will contribute towards your point total. Just be sure you log in with your Bandolier account to earn points, redeem points and enjoy the benefits of being a part of our Rewards Club.
How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend at Bandolier! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend. Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page. Higher tiers are able to earn points at a higher rate. Our Gold tier enjoy earning 1.5 points per $1 spent!There's also certain activities and actions you can do that can help you earn additional points, like following us on Instagram, leaving a review or referring a friend! Take a look at the "Ways to Earn Points" section for more details.
How do I use my points?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products or discounts! Checkout Dropdown Instructions: Once logged in and ready to check out, on the right-hand side you'll see a drop-down menu underneath your cart total [above the "Gift card or discount code" field]. Select the Reward you would like to redeem, and click "Apply".  The page will refresh, and the reward will be added to your cart. If you are not signed in with your Bandolier Rewards account, you will not see this dropdown option at Checkout.
I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.  If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your rewards will be at the checkout page. Please allow a few moments to load.Still stuck? How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page here.
Will I receive points for previous purchases, prior to the launch of the rewards program?
Yes, as a thank you for being a loyal customer, we've automatically added points for every purchase you've made while signed into your account since September 1, 2021.If you haven't created an account yet, you can create an account here to see your existing account and point balance — just remember to use the same email you used to purchase!*Please note: Only purchases after September 1, 2021 have been automatically attributed to customer accounts.
Can I share my points with someone else or another account?
You cannot share points with anyone. You can only use the points in your own account.
